- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Rented from them for 5 years. Upon moving, even rented carpet cleaner and took extra care to clean the whole house. They only returned half of my deposit, grudgingly. Stephen is rude and unprofessional. Their house was spider infested and in need of maintenance, which was never addressed. Since I left, multiple renters have come and gone, none staying very long.
